Aamirez was the diplomatic link between Mars and the Stellar Consortium just before he was forced to live on the Sanctuary. He was also C.E.O. of one of the largest ship manufacturing companies in the known universe, known as: Telster, Inc. This company was destroyed however when Mars was occupied.
