Citizens of Luna, Repent!

If you've got a character on Luna and they've been inactive, they're able to survive if you log on within the next 72 hours. After that deadline, if your character has a luck card and you log them on by Oct. 1, they survive. If you wait until after Oct. 1 to log them on, they're dead. Fair warning!
