A velvet hooded cloak, black lined with burgundy, bearing the wildcat herald of House Kahar over the shoulder blades.
Known as the Craven Cloak, legend holds that Emperor Talus Kahar I himself wore it - or one very much like it - as he witnessed the hanging of Goram Zahir and his cohorts among the Craven Ravens: Allies of House Zahir who aided in the betrayal of the Valley of Blades.
It is said that the Emperor draped the cloak over Goram Zahir's corpse to heap one last indignity on the traitor as he dangled with his accomplices from trees along the Imperial Thoroughfare.
