FASTHELD - The body of a young man named Cudget was found in the cellar of the Bloody Shiv in the Shadow District region known as the Fetters. Allegedly a thieving peasant, the fellow was hung from the rafters with a grappling hook firmly planted in his throat. Absolute identification may never be possible, however, because rats had been hard at work on the body, which was discovered primarily due to the stench wafting into the tavern proper.
