Word spreads across the realm that suggests that a respected sonnetist barely managed to flee a scene of discontent that broke out in the unlikely location of Apple Village upon Laternglow, 15th day of Greening.

The sonnetist claims that the scene of animosity took place after two visiting Nobles, and their associated entourages, came to odds over the disussion of the thoughts and ideas presented in the broadsheet known as the "White Dove Herald", and the differing opinions regarding the support for that dogma throughout the realm.

Apple Village - a Freehold Settlement - is often the scene of meetings between Nobles as Imperial Law permits them to take a Ducal Guard with them outside of their established city-based territories.

An intervention from Blades out of the West Aegis Garrison eventually restored the peace and sent the respective Nobles - who were not named in the tale - heading in opposite directions. One would presume to home. The villagers are believed to be bewildered by the turn of events.

Bards have quickly put the incident to song and word, and the ballad "The Sour Apple" is quickly spreading through Taverns and Bordellos alike.
