Frank Lupus Jewett was born on Earth where he served as a military interrogator on one of various concentration camps. While supportive of the general xenophobic agenda, he became dissatisfied with the Neidermeyer regime and left before the plasma bombs left the planet barren of life. His expertise in the field of Intelligence eventually landed him work on the Ministry of Intelligence in Luna, where he quickly rose through the ranks to head the Offices of Covert Operations. Shortly before the return of alt-Luna to its original universe, he was second in command of the Ministry, yet chose to stay behind for reasons he refused to disclose to anyone.

He currently serves VANINT (Vanguard Intelligence), though any specifics about his work are classified.
