Merchants and Couriers travelling along Mikin Road report that the Imperial Tribunal has begun to assign housing and homes to the first wave of "Light's Reach Survivors" who are planning on returning to the Mesa and making a new life within the walls of the reborn city.
Though more of a trickle of citizenship than a stream at this point, their sojourn along Mikin Road to the Tribunal's checkpoint remains a landmark occasion for Fastheld.
