OS: Millennium Luck Cards

Luck Cards are objects which, in certain circumstances, be traded in to allow a character to survive a scenario that would otherwise result in a character death.
[edit] What Luck Cards Do
When a character is facing certain death in a situation where luck cards are permitted, they can trade in a luck card for the opportunity to survive the situation. Primarily, this is used in staff ran plots.
[edit] What Luck Cards Do Not Do
Generally, luck cards, if possessed by a character, will work. There are a few exceptions, however.
- Some locales, with a reputation for extreme violence and danger, do not permit luck cards to be used, such as Tomin Kora.
- Luck Cards do not protect against character death initiated by other PCs (ie, you can not force another PC to not kill your character simply because you have a luck card in your possession).
