LIONSGATE - It has been reported that the Imperial Office of Penumbral Affairs - formed as part of the "Syladris Amendment" of the "Shadow Amnesty Policy" has been established in the Kahar seat of power of Lionsgate.
It is also believed that the conversion of the Imperial Office of Census and Excise's controversial "Marked Mage Registry" into the more widely accepted (and acceptable) "Penumbral Mage Registry" has also been completed, with many citizenship papers having now been altered to indicate that the citizen in question is a registered mage of Fastheld and aware of the recent changes to Imperial Law and Policy, as well as the consequences of breeching the Empire's Trust.
The Archmage Tshepsi of Clan Syladris (the Empire's official term for the Syladris as a whole) has also been added to the registry, it seems, with her official citizenship papers being hand-delivered by an Ordinator of the Imperial Cult earlier today.
It is expected that the much more trusting and lenient Office of Penumbral Affairs will see a boost in the number of 'hidden' mages who will now come forward to register, and in return will see both the Empire and her people - including the registered mages - subject to a greater level of protection as the flow of Shadow through the populace is more closely monitored as a result.
