Former CEO of Sivtek Industries and Home Secretary of Sivad, Peter Delarme spent an outlandish sum to purchase the Sivadian News Network before the economic shakeup of 3002 and the Ynosian riots just prior to Sivad's return to a monarchy form of government. Delarme suffered a nervous breakdown after an emotional and public quarrel with other members of the Council of Equals during the Troubles.
