Fastheld - Moira Oak, who once partnered with the late Laeria Mikin as a Shadowscourge for the Church of True Light, was found dead in the Lightholder Tavern by proprietor Solas Creek. The blind woman apparently was strangled and left for dead in one of the private rooms of the pub. She was clutching a glowing blue gem of some kind in one hand.
