Notices posted around the kingdom and circulated through the Royal Guard now state that the former Zahir and rogue Mage, Thayndor, is wanted by the Crown on suspicion of the violation of the Syladris Amendment of 628 ATA. A basic description of the man has been circulated, the notice reading as follows:
"Let it be known that the former COUNT THAYNDOR ZAHIR is wanted by the ROYAL ORDER OF THE CROWN on suspicion of the violation of the SYLADRIS AMENDMENT OF 628 ATA. His ADVENTURER'S PERMIT has been immediately REVOKED to bar passage through to the Wildlands through either the SOUTHERN ARIA or the NORTH GATE. Any sightings of this man are to be reported immediately to the ROYAL GUARD, as he is believed to be a rogue mage and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Capture should not be attempted by civilians. The suspect is to be captured alive if possible so that he may be tried by High Justice for his crimes and, if found guilty, sentenced appropriately. All those found to be knowingly aiding or sheltering this man are to be punished severely to the extent of the Law.
